HOW I CAN HELP

Sometimes, we all need emotional support

Life doesn't always run smoothly. There are thoughts and feelings we may find difficult to share - even with those closest to us.

Speaking with a professional counsellor offers a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly and honestly, without fear of judgment. Simply voicing what's on your mind can be deeply therapeutic, often bringing clarity, relief and a renewed sense of perspective.

Counselling can help you understand why you feel the way you do, break free from unhelpful patterns, and make meaningful changes to move forward with greater confidence.

How I work

I offer one-to-one online counselling for adults and young people (over 18) across the UK. Sessions take place via secure video call (Zoom), providing a safe and confidential space from the comfort of your own home.

Online counselling is a flexible, accessible, and effective way to receive support, wherever you are. Whether you're juggling a busy schedule, living in a remote area, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space, online sessions remove the hassle of travel and make it easier to prioritise your wellbeing.

Areas I work with

I have particular expertise in supporting people with:

  • Anxiety & low mood

  • Low self-esteem

  • Negative thought patterns

  • Feeling like you're never "good enough"

  • Self-doubt and overthinking

  • ADHD in Women (diagnosed or undiagnosed)

  • Introverts and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)

  • Relationship challenges, breakups, and dating

  • Feeling stuck or lacking direction

  • Confidence issues

  • Family-related issues

  • Childhood trauma

  • Work-life balance

  • Imposter Syndrome

  • Life Coaching and Personal Development

Childhood Trauma and Healing

I have specialist training and extensive experience supporting adults affected by childhood trauma, including emotional, physical or sexual abuse. This work has deepened my understanding of how early experiences shape us, influence relationships and affect daily life.

I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore, process, and heal at your own pace. While we can’t change the past, it doesn’t have to define your future. Therapy can help you reconnect with your sense of self and create the life you want.

Coaching & Moving Forward

While counselling and psychotherapy provide a foundation for exploring your past and present, coaching offers tools and strategies to help shape your future. Coaching focuses on clarifying goals, overcoming obstacles, and taking practical steps toward the life you want.

Where helpful, I may integrate coaching tools and techniques into our work to support motivation, focus, and forward progress. Coaching can complement the therapeutic process by offering structure and a clear path ahead, especially when you're ready for change but unsure where to start.

Support Tailored to You

Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe every person is unique, and so is every experience. That’s why I take an integrative approach, drawing from a range of methods and tools to meet your individual needs.

I’m here to support you in exploring your challenges and working toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, career, health, self-worth, work/life balance or a general sense of direction, my aim is to help build confidence, resilience and motivation to move forward.

The Next Step

I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting. Opening up to someone new and sharing your inner world isn’t always easy, which is why it’s so important to find a counsellor you feel safe and comfortable with.

To help with this, I offer a free, 20-minute introductory appointment. It’s simply a chance for us to talk, explore what you’re looking for, and give you space to ask any questions.

If you’re ready to take that first step, or even just curious to learn more, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the contact form.
