If your policy includes counselling or psychotherapy cover, I can invoice AXA Health directly on your behalf, making the process as straightforward as possible.

I am a recognised AXA Health provider for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Your counselling sessions may be covered by your AXA Health insurance policy. Before booking, please contact AXA Health to confirm your level of cover and whether you are eligible for funded sessions.

Before your first appointment

​

• Contact AXA Health to obtain pre-authorisation.

• Confirm how many sessions your policy covers.

• Obtain your policy number and authorisation (claim) number.

• Send these details to me before your first paid session.

What happens next?

​

I will submit invoices directly to AXA Health on your behalf, so you won't need to make claims yourself.

Please note that some policies include:

• an excess

• a limit on the number of sessions

• a maximum amount payable per session.

If your policy does not cover the full cost of your sessions, you will be responsible for paying any outstanding balance.
