• FREE 20-minute introductory appointment

• Concessions available

• Flexible sessions: weekly and fortnightly appointments available.

• ​UK online counselling for individual adults and young people (18+). Sessions via a secure video call (Zoom)

 

• Availability: Mondays & Tuesdays (8:30am – 7:00pm) and Fridays (8:30am – 4:00pm).

Sessions provide flexibility and convenience to fit around busy lives - all from the comfort of your own home.
