£60 per session

FREE 20-minute introductory appointment

Concessions available

Flexible sessions are offered, with weekly and fortnightly appointments available.

​

​I provide UK online counselling for individual adults and young people (18+), with sessions available via secure video call (Zoom) or telephone.

​

I am also covered by AXA Health, Aviva and VItalityHealth Insurance

 

I have availability on Mondays & Tuesdays 8.30- 7pm, Fridays 8.30-4pm and some Saturday mornings.

 

Sessions provide flexibility and convenience to fit around busy lives - all from the comfort of your own home.

I am a recognised provider for AXA Health, Aviva and VitalityHealth for counselling and psychotherapy.

 

Your sessions may be covered by your health insurance policy. Please check directly with your insurer to confirm your level of cover before committing to sessions.

If you are using Health Insurance:

​

  • Please contact your insurer to pre-authorise your sessions and confirm how many are covered. 

  • Obtain your policy number and claim/authorisation number

  • Provide these details to me prior to your first paid session.

 

I will submit invoices electronically on your behalf, so don't need to submit claims yourself

​

Please note that some policies include an excess, a limit on the number of sessions, or may not cover the full session fee. If this applies, you would be responsible for paying any remaining balance.
