Testimonials

"Sarah has changed my life, she helps me process my thoughts in a safe space, I never feel judged and she has enabled me to start healing generations of trauma that I didn't think it was possible to sort through! I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone! And I have already recommended people to her services"

“I’d like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support over the last year. The process has completely changed my life, I barely recognise the person I was before compared to who I am today. Your support has had such a positive impact, and even a year later, it’s still continuing”

“I’ve experienced a new career, improved intimate relationships and friendships, newfound self-esteem, resilience, and greater empathy towards I can’t thank you enough for helping me reach this point and for giving me the tools to cope when life gets tough. I no longer feel my life is pointless or fear the future—I’m hopeful and positive”

"I wasn’t certain that online counselling would work for me, but I found the sessions helpful and supportive. The free introductory session gave me the chance to try it without commitment, which helped me feel at ease. Being able to fit sessions around other commitments without needing to travel made the process much more accessible. I would not hesitate in recommending Sarah"

I am a recognised provider for AXA Health and VitalityHealth for counselling and psychotherapy. Some sessions may be covered by your health insurance so please check with your insurer before committing to sessions.

You are welcome to book an introductory session with me first, where we can meet and discuss how insurance-covered sessions work.

For clients using insurance:

  • Please contact your insurer to pre-authorise your sessions and confirm how many are covered.

  • You will need to provide your policy number and claim/authorisation number before starting sessions.

  • I will submit invoices electronically on your behalf, so don't need to submit claims yourself

  • Occasionally, your insurer may not cover the full cost of a session, or there may be an excess. In these cases, you are responsible for paying the difference.
